My name is Larry Hurley, and I am the founder of the non-profit organization, Foundation of Smiles Corp. I'd like to personally invite you to join our cause in helping those in Athens who are homeless, addicted, abused and in at-risk living situations. Also, to help our veterans and first responders. Below I have added some information to explain what the Foundation of Smiles Corp. organization is about, as well as some ideas we have come up with so far with area leaders. We have also joined forces with Tunnel to Towers and Guiness World Records that support various first responder

and veteran causes.



About us

Building Hope. Uniting Communities. Changing Lives. Foundation of Smiles Corp. was created with one simple belief: when people come together, real change becomes possible. We exist to unite nonprofits, community leaders, volunteers, and everyday neighbors in a shared mission to support those facing homelessness, addiction, hunger, and the unique challenges experienced by veterans, first responders, and at‑risk communities—starting in Athens, Georgia, and expanding far beyond. Our Mission Our mission is to raise awareness, resources, and support for organizations doing life‑changing work on the front lines. We bring together nonprofits that focus on homelessness, addiction recovery, mental health, veteran support, first responder wellness, and underserved communities worldwide. By collaborating instead of competing, we create a stronger, more efficient network of care—one that can reach more people, faster, with greater impact. Why We Exist Too often, incredible organizations work in isolation, limited by funding, visibility, or manpower. Foundation of Smiles was built to change that. We serve as a connector, a convener, and a catalyst—bringing together as many entities as possible to form a united front for change. When we combine our strengths, share our resources, and learn from one another’s successes and failures, we can create solutions that last. What We Do Raise funds and awareness for nonprofits and coalitions serving vulnerable populations Mobilize volunteers to support community projects, events, and outreach Host initiatives and campaigns that shine a light on poverty, hunger, addiction, and housing insecurity Evaluate community needs to identify gaps in services and opportunities for improvement Promote transparency by examining how resources are allocated and advocating for more effective use of funds Build partnerships that strengthen local and global support networks Every idea we explore—big or small—is part of a larger effort to understand what works, what doesn’t, and how we can continually improve. Not every project will be the perfect fit, but together, they create a powerful ecosystem of solutions. Our Commitment to Transparency We believe trust is earned through honesty. That’s why we are committed to showing exactly how funds are used, where resources go, and how each dollar contributes to real change. Donations support awareness campaigns, volunteer activation, community events, and direct support for our partner organizations.
